Freelance Creatives Collaborate with WePullTogether.com to Spread Hope and Resolve During Pandemic

A group of freelance advertising creatives has created an inspirational video and website at wepulltogether.com, to “try and spread a little hope” during the pandemic crisis.

The project centers around an exhilarating 90-second video, which features some of the greatest sports moments in American sports history, as examples of how we as a nation can overcome adversity. From the 1980 USA Hockey Team and Muhammad Ali in The Rumble in the Jungle, to a hobbled Kirk Gibson’s famous walk off home run in the 1988 World Series and “The Play” in the Cal/Stanford game of 1982, each featured play hammers home the message that just like these athletes, America is at its best during tough times. “Americans fight back. We rally. We pull together,” reads the copy. “And that’s exactly what we’re going to do now. We can do this. We can beat COVID-19.”

The accompanying website includes stories and links to real people around the country who are doing selfless things to help us all “pull together” during this tough time, and invites more contributors to share their initiatives.
