Description

The Experiential Producer’s role is to provide budget development, operational planning and fabrication solutions to deliver complete brand experiences. The Experiential Producer provides solutions for bringing unique creative concepts to life within budget by cultivating and managing relationships with vendor partners, internal creative and project management and account teams. If there is a question about how something will get done on assigned work, the Experiential Producer will have a detailed answer.

This role reports to the agency VP of Operations, Executive Producer.

IDEAL CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate brings a problem solving mindset that thinks “how” first. Unique production solutions require resourcefulness, creativity and collaboration between teams, and the Experiential Producer is critical to ensuring we deliver work on-time and on-budget. Therefore, having a demonstrated and deep category experience working with outside vendors, fabricators, technology partners and more is mandatory. The candidate must have strong communication skills and excel working in a fast-paced environment.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
A. Project Planning & Management
• Provide initial development of budget estimates, operational considerations and scope parameters for programs and events
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop timelines that will dictate client, program management and creative deadlines
• Create, manage and reconcile budgets in coordination with stakeholders
• Source and manage multiple vendor partners for fabrication and production of assets
• Coordinate and execute program elements including fabrication, logistics, freight, etc.
• Oversee and manage event installation, vendor staff, run of shows and field teams as needed
• Work with program management, account managers, creative design team and support teams to drive projects forward

B. Communication & Reporting
• Support X-FCTR account, creative and production teams with timely and effective communication
• Alert management and/or supervisors to all critical issues, including timeline convergence, budget oversights and fabrication deadline concerns before they become problematic
• Collaborate closely with creative teams to ensure from concept down to fit and finish, the production output matches the creative vision sold to the client
• Effectively negotiate with vendor partners and ensure they adequately deliver their scope of work to expectations

C. Administrative
• Adhere to X-FCTR policies and procedures as outlined in the X-FCTR Employee Handbook
• Maintain a high level of professionalism in all internal and external communication including email and voice mail correspondence, etc.
• Save all content and collateral on agency servers
• Respect meeting and conference call start times by being punctual and prepared

SKILLS REQUIRED
• Organized, detail oriented and methodical; can manage against rapidly changing landscapes and priorities with a level head and positive attitude
• Passion and desire to create impactful experiences and to build long lasting relationships
• Exceptional communication and working knowledge on presentation skills

• Excellent customer service skills (internal and external)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Skilled in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Slack and other software applications required to support event planning and execution

ADDITIONAL CONSIDERATIONS
• Significant category expertise in live event logistics and management, mobile marketing, stage, sound, lighting, security, talent and creative elements
• Advanced knowledge of industry vendor partners and production techniques to support fabrication of mobile display elements
• Desire to learn, be continually challenged, accept constructive feedback and grow
• Willingness to take on responsibilities or duties outside formal role to support the success of other team members and the agency as needed
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and travel as required

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE PREFERRED
• 7+ years in a professional working environment with relevant/agency experience
• B.A. degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration

• Remote position,
• Must work 9:00am–5:00pm CST

COMPENSATION
• Full-time position (40+ hrs/week) with employee benefits
• Salary commensurate of experience
