XenoPsi Ventures Builds Infrastructure with Hire of Angelique O’Bryan

To accommodate the explosive growth at its wholly owned Function Growth and Method1 companies, XenoPsi Ventures (XPV) has named Angelique O’Bryan as Managing Director of XenoPsi Shared Services in an expansion of that company’s purview.
O’Bryan will oversee all infrastructure, such as talent, information technology, and finance that supports XPV’s client- and consumer-facing companies. She brings extensive experience in operations and human capital management in the advertising and shopper marketing industry from Publicis-owned Saatchi & Saatchi X, as well as from management consulting industries and start-up company worlds.
Her arrival allows Salman Javed, a Partner at XenoPsi Ventures, to focus on the continued growth at XPV’s wholly owned Wellow compression socks brand, which he was instrumental in launching. He is also tasked with evaluating industries for further XPV consumer product launches.

Flicker continued, “Not only does Angelique’s arrival guarantee Method1 and Function Growth the infrastructure support their success demands, but it allows Salman to focus exclusively on shepherding Wellow’s continued growth as he prospects new categories for XPV to launch DTC brands.”
In addition to serving as North American Talent Director for Saatchi & Saatchi X, O’Bryan more recently held strategic advisory positions at The Payroll Company (TPC), a leading workforce management solutions provider that streamlines payroll, time and attendance, tax filing, recruiting, and human capital administration for companies across the United States.
O’Bryan said, “My passion lies in shaping and growing thriving organizations..
