By christinewatson / / Type Hike is a non-profit design project created to rally the design community in support of the natural wonders of our beautiful country. The project began in August, 2016 with a series of designs celebrating the 59 National Parks in honor of the NPS Centennial Anniversary. Now they’ve extended the project for a second series and are again accepting applications from designers. One of the locations included is a NY favorite, Gateway NRA, and they’re hoping to recruit local artists who can give it a treatment that does the park justice. More details and the application can be found at typehike.com/trailhead.
