Description

Concept Restaurants is looking for talented Marketing and Creative Manager with a strong background in graphic design, creative direction, social media and marketing. This role will work under the supervision of the Director of Marketing, and will work closely with other members of the marketing team. This position is primarily remote, but will require periodic in-person photoshoots, meetings and events in various locations including Colorado Springs and Golden.

§ 4+ years of experience with marketing and graphic design

§ Bachelor's degree in marketing, graphic design or related field

§ Proficiency with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)

§ A robust design portfolio

§ Social media content creation and management experience (Instagram and Facebook)

§ Ability to meet multiple project deadlines at a time for various brands

§ Flexibility to accommodate last minute project requests

§ Problem solving skills and ability to take / apply direction

§ Strong communication across departments and with Directors

Preferred Qualifications:

§ Marketing and design experience in the food & beverage / hospitality industry

§ Experience managing marketing and design for multiple brands

§ Experience publishing social media through Hootsuite

§ Experience with Facebook Advertising and Google Ads

§ Experience with Wordpress / Squarespace

Graphic Design Responsibilities:

§ Create a variety of print and digital marketing materials including, but not limited to menus, posters, banners, e-blasts, advertisements, etc.

§ Manage print production process

§ Maintain brand consistency across multiple brands

Social Media Responsibilities:

§ Social media content creation (including graphics and photography) and execution while working with the marketing team to align business objectives and marketing goals

§ Create engaging, fun, and informative content for multiple brands (copy, images, video, graphics, etc.)

§ Coordinate and execute regular photoshoots to collect social content

§ Maintain social calendar, scheduling 3-4 posts weekly for each brand, along with Instagram stories via Hootsuite

§ Monitor, respond to, and communicate with the online community

§ Present monthly social media analytics to Director of Marketing

Additional Responsibilities: The following do not require experience and can be trained on the job

§ Execute website updates using WordPress and Squarespace

§ Create and submit email blasts through Zenreach

§ Submit print and digital advertising to media publications and update media calendars

§ Manage influencer outreach

§ Oversee paid social and Google Ad strategy, activation, budget and analysis

§ Submit / process marketing invoices

§ Manage periodic IT related requests (setting up email accounts)

Salary Range $45,000 - $55,000 per year
