The Manager of Demand Generation is a key proponent of the Marketing Demand Generation team. They manage a team and influence through thought leadership. The Manager creates a demand generation plan that supports our Sales Teams and ensures we achieve our ambitious business growth objectives. They foster new ways of thinking, working, and building capabilities that help the Demand Generation team unlock new possibilities.

The Manager of Demand Generation ensures that all paid media activity in market is laddering up to the primary KPI of driving signed and active partners for the business. Through data driven insights, they work with their team to provide recommendations and adjustments to ensure performance is always at or above par.
Essential Responsibilities (includes, but is not limited to):
The Manager of Demand Generation is a key proponent of the Marketing Demand Generation team. They manage a team and influence through thought leadership. They foster new ways of thinking, working, and building capabilities that help the Demand Generation team unlock new possibilities.
The Manager of Demand Generation ensures that all paid media activity in market is laddering up to the primary KPI of driving signed and active partners for the business. Through data driven insights, they work with their team to provide recommendations and adjustments to ensure performance is always at or above par.
Ideal Skills, Experience, and Competencies:
Four (4) to six (6) years of experience in a similar role at a media agency
Previous experience working on integrated, digital, marketing programs
Experience with social paid media platforms (Facebook/Instagram and LinkedIn), digital marketing services (Rollworks or similar), and managing 3rd party vendors
Understanding of the advertising landscape and how it’s quickly evolved in the last few years
Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
Experience with Google Data Studio or other data visualization tools such as Dataroma or PowerBi
Knowledge of working with data providers to generate qualified leads
Ability to build strong-identity teams that apply their diverse skills and perspectives to achieve common goals
Ability to create new and better ways for the organization to be successful
Ability to consistently achieve results, even under tough circumstances
Ability to build partnerships and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives
Ability to anticipate and adopt innovations in business-building digital and technology applications
Excellent analytical and reporting abilities; ability to collect meaningful data via social platforms and Google Analytics, and use it to develop strategic insights
PASSIONATE about technology, digital marketing, internet culture, memes, and social media; stays current on cultural trends and what’s currently relevant online
Thorough understanding of marketing automation and CRM systems (Marketo and SalesForce.com preferred)
Global marketing experience preferred but not required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to take on multiple responsibilities and be adept at organizing and leading around ambitious goals
Required Education & Certifications:
B.S./B.A. degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; or equivalent work experience
Compensation:
Qualified candidates can expect a salary beginning at $94,000 or more depending on experience #LI-HK1

*Note: Compensation is benchmarked on local market rates. Qualified candidates in other locations can expect a salary package that may be adjusted based off applicable cost of wages in their respective location.
