By christinewatson / / Today, we’re continuing our feature on The New York Egotist — Agency Insider. We all know agencies usually have amazing physical spaces. But unless you work at a specific shop, you might never get a chance to see how cool they really are. Until now. We’d love to feature your agency. Email us at [email protected] for details. M&C Saatchi Mobile’s New York space is 8,000 square feet, more than enough room to contain their business, strategy, creative, media and agency development teams. In this office, you’ll find golf clubs, a putting green, shuffle board game and corn hole games, guitars and other artifacts. M&C Saatchi Mobile New York enjoys the company of four canine friends. The New York office is adamant about reflecting culture through the hobbies and skills of the employees. The office holds 5 conference rooms named after New York’s boroughs. On the walls of the conference rooms, are portraits created by the agency’s Art Director, Jonathan Zajdman. M&C Saatchi Mobile New York believes hard work deserves good rest. At almost every corner in every team section, there are break-away seating areas (couches, armchairs, bean bags) for naps or solo workspaces. “It is very important to us to have a collaborative and open office culture. We want our employees, no matter how junior or senior, to be engaged and learn from each other at all times,” said Eric Mugnier, senior vice president. In the open office, everyone has equal seating.
