Facebook Admin Roles Revealed

/ Comments (0)

Most every community manager knows the terror of having to give an intern full control of your Facebook Page to complete a simple community management task.

I mean, my interns are awesome, but most interns are idiots. And even giving my awesome interns the ability (though not the permission) to post to a major client's page with 6 million fans has cost me some sleep.

After all, interns are notoriously shitty at holding their liquor (See: Every time I went out drinking as a 20-year-old intern at Nerve), and tend to go on Facebook when they're shit faced.

So, FINALLY, Facebook has given community managers the ability to segment different roles. It's an important move and I'm shocked it took them this long.
