Work Submission: Queen Anne Gets a Makeover
B&Bs aren't just for quirky anecdotes, weird jams, and sitcom episodes where the main characters have nightmarish but hysterical traveling experiences. At least not at the Queen Anne Urban Bed & Breakfast in Denver, Colorado.
With their newest project, the beloved B&B hired a group of local artists -- Tran and Josh Wills, Markham Maes and Natasha Lilipore, Tuyet Nguyen, and Rachel Znerold -- to convert four rooms into Gallery Suites, each contemporary and distinct in style and character.
From murals to antlers, screen prints to spray paint, this B&B is far from the stuffy chamber music and floral bedspreads of the past. Four teams of local artists completely revamped the suites - from top to bottom - creating a unique look and feel to each one.
Check out more pictures of their creations here.
