Buddy Media Reports Record Growth As Investment In Social Software Accelerates
Buddy Media, the Facebook software kings for eight of the world's ten global advertisers (as they'll tell anyone who will listen), announced record growth for 2011. The growth correlates to Buddy Media’s more than 300 new customers, including Citibank, Volvo, New York Life, Yoplait and the NFL.
Buddy Media has more than doubled in size, from just over 100 employees in January 2011 to more than 225 today. In addition to the new offices in London, San Francisco and Singapore that the Buddy Media opened in 2011, they will also move into a new 65,000 square foot space in SoHo in February 2012. In the past year Buddy Media has also increased its revenue by 2.5, increase monthly software licensing fees by 250% on average for their top 20 customers and expanded their user base to more than 91 countries.
Facebook isn't getting any less popular so expect even more growth in 2012.
