Steve O'Connel is a Partner/ECD at Red Tettemer + Partners. Steve spent the beginning of his career at Crispin Porter + Bogusky, where he worked on accounts like MINI, IKEA, Virgin Atlantic, and the anti-smoking campaign known as Truth. He won all sorts of pencils and lions and things and at the time was the youngest Associate Creative Director in the history of the agency. Steve went on to be the founding partner and Executive Creative Director at STICK and MOVE, overseeing work for Schwinn, vitaminwater, Leatherman and Dial. And then, through a recent merger, he became the Partner/ECD at Red Tettemer + Partners where he's responsible for overseeing all creative work. He also just had a new baby girl, whereby he learned that the sleep deprivation of a career in advertising is decent preparation for parenthood.
