DNA From Found Objects Used to Create 3D Faces

Be careful where you spit your gum! Local artist Heather Dewey-Hagborg makes lifelike 3D faces based on DNA samples taken from objects found on the streets. Creating a beautiful hybrid of art and science. We are both terrified and amazed by the results.

If you're interested in seeing these faces in person, QF Gallery in Long Island will be exhibiting them June 29th - July 13th. We want to go see if we recognize anyone.
